Cary Grant lived in this hotel, originally called the Mayfair, for an entire summer while he was a repertory performer in St. Louis. He once sat beneath the same stained glass windows shown here. We reupholstered and refinished the banquettes in the lobby and the restaurant of this historic hotel, now called the Magnolia, in downtown St. Louis.
